can`t do yet

So... I have started blogging out of .. i don`t know which feeling but i still don`t know how to do a lot of things.
Being an Engineer and almost finished with my MS as well i feel ashamed of not figuring out stuff with blogs.
I didn`t search that much either :S
So what i am looking for is:
How to post youtube videos?
How to ummmmmmmm go to your own blog without having to visit Shahnaz`s blog first and searching your name through the followers and clicking on my blog next to my name there.
I am sure i don`t a lot of other stuff too but I don`t know what i don`t know...
i mean i don`t really know what things i don`t know
makes sense ? :S
